Singapore EP / SP Pass Application Self Assessment Tool (SAT):

The self-assessment tool is a free online tool of the Ministry of Manpower, which can assess whether an employee is eligible for an EP pass or SP pass based on the employee information provided. These include wages, the highest academic qualifications obtained, the nature of work and work experience.

Please note: From 1 September 2020, the minimum qualifying salary will be raised to $4,500 for new applications. From 1 December 2020, the minimum qualifying salary for EP candidates in the financial services sector will be raised to $5,000 for new applications. The qualifying salaries for older and more experienced candidates in their 40s will be raised correspondingly and will remain around double the minimum qualifying salary for the youngest applicants. The new salary criteria will apply to those renewing their EPs if their passes are expiring from 1 May 2021.

When all relevant information is completed, the EP / SP application self-assessment tool will display the work permit matching the employee, and it will be completed within 15 minutes ~

EP / SP application self-assessment tool (SAT) does not guarantee the final actual results of the company applying for a work permit for employees. This is because the self-assessment tool does not take into account the company’s specific circumstances (such as the company’s S Pass quota) and the candidates’ prerequisites (such as whether the candidate has a criminal record).
