福智霖集团 (FOZL Group）总部设立于新加坡莱佛士金融区（6 Raffles Quay #14-02，#14-06，S048580）。福智霖集团是新加坡特许注册会计师协会ISCA的企业会员。福智霖在新加坡主要持有几个牌照：新加坡会计企业管制局秘书牌照（公司注册和工商相关服务），新加坡人力部的人力资源顾问执照（工作准证申请）、新加坡会计、审计牌照（财务税务服务）、新加坡认证家族办公室顾问证书（家族办公室设立）。福智霖的主要业务为注册新加坡公司，工作准证申请和HR服务如薪水结算社保计算、财税，内部或者外部法定审计，商标注册，企业顾问咨询，招商引资政策申请，家族办公室设立以及服务式办公室等服务。

福智霖集团成立十二年来，已服务超过1000家企业。福智霖非常注重中国市场，为众多知名中国国有企业、上市企业和大型民营企业提供了商业落地新加坡的服务。此外，集团已在马来西亚新山和中国苏州设立两家分公司，旗下的子公司包括私人客户服务、咨询公司、审计事务所、福智霖瑞盛。

从2021年至今，福智霖作为推荐服务商入驻新加坡经济发展局（EDB）官网。2018年，福智霖作为中资企业落户新加坡的服务商与中国国家广播电视总台国际在线全球创业频道签约成为其入驻机构。2021-2022年，福智霖连续两年参与由中央广播电视总台国际在线主办的全球企业社会责任案例巡展活动http://news.cri.cn/SDGs 、https://news.cri.cn/CSR2022 ，并成功入选全球企业社会责任巡展案例。

About us

Established in January 2011, Singapore FOZL Group Pte Ltd is a corporate advisory firm licensed by the Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

FOZL Group is headquartered in Raffles Place area, Singapore. FOZL can assist local and overseas clients to register Singapore companies, and provide Accounting, Annual Filing, Tax Fling, Audit, Trademark Registration, Corporate Advisory, Private Client Consultancy and Serviced Office Services. FOZL has established long-term and close cooperative relations with major banks, law firms and research institutions in Singapore to help overseas enterprises to set up in Singapore.

FOZL Group is a registered member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Meanwhile, in 2018, FOZL has signed a contract with China Radio and Television International Online Global Entrepreneurship Channel, and assisted them to set up business in Singapore.
