FOZL Consultancy was established to provide clients with a comprehensive one-stop corporate advisory services. This allows clients to focus on their core business while leveraging on Singapore as international hub to expand their business. FOZL Consultancy comprises a team of experienced professionals who are able to provide a bespoke boutique service to their clients. Mr. Chua Wun Fong

Director/Partner of FOZL Consultancy

Mr. Chua graduated from the National University of Singapore with an Honours degree in Industrial Design. He has over 10 plus years of experience in a variety of roles in both government and private enterprises.

Mr. Chua started out as an Industrial Designer in which he provided consultancy to clients on product commercialisation. He then joined International Enterprise Singapore, currently known as Enterprise Singapore (ESG), statutory board under the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI). He oversaw the development of the Precision Engineering sector then. In 2013, he was posted to China and appointed as the Vice Consul (Commercial) and Centre Director in Chengdu.

After his stint in the Singapore government, Mr Chua joined Capitaland China (Western China) as Director for Investment and Asset Management. He returned to Singapore in 2018 and joined United Overseas Bank (UOB) Foreign Direct Investment team in which he provided advisory services to China clients investing in ASEAN. Currently as Director of Consultancy in FOZL, he consults clients and supports them on their various business activities.

Mr. Huang Zelin

FOZL Managing Director/Partner

Huang Zelin is a full MOE scholarship recipient and graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with an MBA (International Business and Finance) from Nanyang Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from NTU.

Mr. Huang is a licensed consultant with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) and is a council member of the Economic and Technology Association (Singapore).

Mr. Huang has more than 10 years of valuable experience in advising Chinese state-owned, listed and private companies on their internationalization strategies. We also provide consulting services on the feasibility of setting up a business in Singapore and on corporate compliance.
