Therefore, before submitting an EP application for a foreign employee, the company must publish a job advertisement on a public recruitment website in Singapore. EP applications can only be submitted 14 days after the advertisement is published.

The advertisements issued by the company must be fair and open, and must not include any distinctions or discriminatory language or terms. For example, no restrictions on the following can be put forward: age, gender, marital status, family status, etc. of employment. At the same time, the company’s salary must also meet Singapore’s market salary range. It is not recommended to be too high or too low.

The company’s job advertisement must include:

It is best to attach the company’s benefits package as well.

If the company has received local resumes, an arrangement of an interview is recommended. After the interviews, the list of interviews and their respective results should be kept for future reference.
