Receptionist

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist guest and bring them to the meeting room
- Get all staff/visitors to follow the procedure of the COVID-19 regulation set by FOZL
- Prepare and circulate document internally and externally including manage mails & courier service
- Maintains in-house systems including telecommunication/ Aircon/ Lighting/ Door access and liaise with contractor if any problem arises
- Maintains safe and clean reception/ pantry and follow safety regulations
- Prepare document assigned in Words/ Excel format and assistant to Document Control to get ready before submitting to internally/ external party
- Ensures operation of equipment including copier by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories
- Provides information by answering questions and requests
- Ad hoc assignment by Admin Manager
Admin Executive

- Assist with company administration work
- Manage company documents
- Keep documents in to arch file according to filing requirements
- Order processing, data entry
- Handing mails, open mail and sort mail

Requirements
- Prefer candidate who can start immediately
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software
- Able to work both in a team environment and independently
- Good communication skills
- Be flexible and adaptable in working style
